Mark is the founding Director of Howes Williams and has over 38 years of experience in the UK Real Estate Industry.
He specialised initially in commercial private practice in the Midlands and then went on to hold a number of Chief of Property and Property Director roles with Shoefayre, Tesco/One Stop, Mid- Counties Coop and Dignity Plc operating throughout the UK.
He has lead mixed portfolios of thousand plus trading sites, investments and large residential estates. Portfolios included specialist retail, office, industrial, pharmacy, High street, convenience and out of town locations.
